I have to say I have had an absolutely excellent service from Angela and her Lettings Team at Martin and Co. They have had our house on their books for over 6 years. There has been ups and downs as is expected when letting a property and they have been managed professionally by Angela and the highest level of customer service has always been given both in office hours and any many occasions outside of office hours. Working in a professional environment myself I appreciate the hard work and long hours Angela and her team put in and I am very very pleased with the service she has given over the last 6 years. Thank you Angela. I would also like to commend both Rachell and Rich who are in Sales who sold this very same property BEFORE it even went on the market for sale. As a landlord Martin and Co, Gainsborough have been consistently great for me and my tenants over the last 6 years. They are very professional yet friendly and always reply really quickly. I particularly like their online portal that lets me see everything connected to the letting in one place. Recently Stacey Sleight has been so wonderful helping me with a long list of improvements that i wanted to leave this review.

Excellent letting agent! Rented with them for alot of years, always quick when called out for repairs. Staff always friendly and polite. Can honestly Not do enough to help tenants.
