Frost was the agent in the purchase of my property. At every stage from viewings, to sale negotiations to completion, Richard and the team did an amazing job and were very professional. Even when the solicitors and other parties in the chain were dragging their feet with constant delays, it was always Richard chasing them all up. Highly recommended Frost.

Frosts handled the sale of our mother’s house with great professionalism. When our chain collapsed they speedily found us a new buyer. Communication was excellent throughout, with Sonia especially going above and beyond to move things along and reassure us at every stage. I had previously tried to sell my property through a High Street competitor. But they had struggled to get many viewings at all. I took it off the market and reinstated it with Frosts. Sonia, was the lead on the sale and quickly amassed interest and viewings. Very quickly I had an offer which I accepted. It wasn’t a straight line though and much patience and chasing was needed, Sonia and the team stayed committed and painstakingly got it over the line. The market is not an easy one to navigate for buyers and Frosts did a first class job in the most difficult selling market I have experienced. Well done and thank you.

As a landlord have been using The Frost Partnership for many years and as such I now know a great number of people in the organisation. I have found them to be professional, responsive and dedicated to getting a deal concluded efficiently. Caroline is aways enthusiastic about getting deals done but at the same time never sugar coats bad news. Frost has never given me a reason to use another Estate Agent.

This was the first time I've ever sold a house and maybe like you my expectations of the process were not high. I did my research and decided on Frost- the Gerrards Cross branch for us. They were brilliant and the bottom-line: the least expensive too. Mathew Craft who I dealt with was absolutely fantastic- profesional, friendly, tenaceous (he was at it for a long time- not his or Frost's fault though) keeping us up to date throughout.
