We went into the Chesham branch of The Frost Partnership and were so glad that we did. We met a very very helpful lady called Lorraine who kindly told us so much information about Chesham as we were relocating from miles away. We went to see one of the properties on their books and fell in love with it. We were shown around by Alex who made us feel so at home and was a true pleasure to meetWe loved the property and later called to offer on it. The following few days we dealt with Jacqui the branch manager and we can honestly say she truly was a huge help. She got back to us at every stage so quickly and our experience with The Frost partnership at Chesham was truly exceptional

We moved into a property in Windsor and were dealt with by Cheryl and Karen from the Windsor Team. Cheryl has been wonderful and shown us the property throughout its renovation, and both have been in touch with us throughout the ongoing process. The move went smoothly. We encountered a fair few problems on our first few days in the property. But I cannot fault how quickly both Cheryl and Karen had it dealt with (under 24hrs) From leaky ceilings, to hob replacement, temperamental toilets and bleeping fire alarms. All jobs were carried out quickly, efficiently and professionally. I would recommend them both and the team here in Windsor.

Karen Morris and her team (Cheryl) in Windsor have been fantastic helping me re-let my house in Windsor. I've used Frost for years and always had good service but this time the support and advice from them was exceptional. We started our moving plans just before Covid so things were very protracted and there were some hold ups buying into a new build property.Franky Vicars dealt with us throughout starting with viewings and the ensuing difficulties. We found her very competent,reliable,reassuring and understanding when we were stressed.Franky is a true professional and I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job.
