I rent a property through Frost Partnership in Feltham, the service when reporting repairs is terrible expect it to take anywhere between 2-10 months and to ring daily.
I rented a house through Windsor Branch and dealt with Jackie Thomson. Worst possible customer service! Took nearly 2 months to get my undisputed deposit back ( luckily I didn't need the money). I then had to go to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to get the rest of my deposit back, luckily I had proof that they were trying to claim damages from me that was on the check in report or on their own photographs before I moved in. Really glad TDS found in my favour and I got most of my money back! I would never rent or buy from this branch as the behaviour is unethical. I'm happy to show my report to anyone that needs it! Just really glad that the people that came to view house when we still lived there saw how badly we were treated and decided not to rent from them! Please make sure every bit of damage is on your check in and don't believe when they say it doesn't matter as fixtures are old as they try to withhold your deposit. They did same to tenants before me too!
Horrific customer service.... 22 days since I moved out of my rented property and still yet to receive a penny of my deposit back. I've lost count of the amount of times I've been promised it will be in your account tomorrow! I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot it would be an entirely different story...
Poor customer service. Couldn't get the contract right. They used underhand tricks to try and get more money from me when all I wanted was an introductory only service. I didn't get what I wanted as landlord and I'm embarrassed for what the tenants might think.
I was disgusting to have been calling the estate agents for days on end & find out it was all a waste of time! There is currently 2 adults and our baby living in a 1 bed private rent property. 1 additional adult will be living with us as soon as we find a 3bed house. I spoke to many people who took my details and explained that if we failed the credit check that we would need a guarantor. We found a reliable guarantor whom owns their own property, has worked all their life & is still working now. On day 5, I was told that I needed to find a "more lenient" estate agent as there would be nothing they could do for us. The reasons were; I am on maternity leave (yet I was in full tome employment and I will be going back to work!) That the additional person isn't 'blood family', although he has been like a brother to my fiancé for 15years! My guarantor doesn't earn £52,000 a year!! Even tho the rent was only £1300 p/m And also, because my partner has debts from his teenage years which he has cleared one, and is currently paying back the rest of them! Disgusted that we have been penalised by an estate agent like this and I will not be recommending you to anyone! I do not claim anything what so ever and we always pay rent and bills!! Yet a reference from our current landlady, to clarify that, wouldn't be sufficent. Personally, this is a 'snobby' establishment & obviously we are too common for you! Disgusted!!
