very happy with our tenancy work been done when it needed to be done and also very helpful recently when i was ill and fallen behind with rent. also understanding when rent is late due to when housing benefit is paid. so overall very happy.

Very professional and staff. During the festive holidays, we experienced boiler issue which was immediately investigated and rectified. The staff go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. I would highly recommend. 5 stars from me!!

I have a number of properties managed by Martin and Co West End and have used them for the last 4years. I live abroad for most of the year and therefore rely on the team to manage all issues to do with the properties. I am not only delighted with the service but also how they deal with all the issues on my behalf as it makes life stress free for me not having to worry about my properties in the UK. The team is a credit to Martin and Co and I would strongly recommend them to everybody.
