When a repair is needed in the house or in your room, they contact the landlord and a handyman is sent to fix the issue. They also do a good follow up when you are in the checking process and do not hesitate to answer your questions as fast as they could. What I particularly appreciate is that I obtained a new mattress because I could feel the strings of the old one and Georgia brought me in person a new toaster as the old one was out of order.
