Selling a relatives property

Professional, friendly and helpful service, highly recommended.
I have just sold my house with Houses etc and found David and his team to be very professional, friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough to help with any queries I had and kept me well informed at all stages of the process. David took all the great quality photos himself and promptly advertised my house on their website and other popular sites. He also provided me with regular property performance reports showing a breakdown of statistics relating to the performance of my property online in terms of views and queries. The whole sale from start to completion took 3 months. I can't thank them enough for all they have done and would definitely recommend them and their services to others.

Friendly, very hard working, super efficent team
We purchased a house through this agent and they were absolutely fantastic. Everyone on the team was really friendly and they were my first call whenever I wanted to know what was happening with my house move. We moved from outside of their area and they were key to getting the whole exchange process through, I think the chain would have fallen apart without their expert help. If I was selling, these are the team I would want in my corner and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Always got back to me when they said they would.! Wish we'd used them.
We didn't use these to sell our house, but we wish we had. They were selling the house we were buying and they were so much better than ours. We tried an online estate agent to save some money. It caused more stress than it was worth. Housesetc were a complete contrast. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Would definitely use them should we ever move.

fantastic service
After my father passed away last year I needed an agent to sell my dad's house with as little stress as possible, housesetc took the stress away carrying out the viewings and sold the property within two weeks of it going on the market. I can't thank everyone enough for all their efforts and will definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Fantastic and friendly couldn't have asked for better
We received great advice and help during the buying process as first time buyers and were made to feel like a friend. David couldn't have been more helpful and really bent over backwards to accommodate us and was constantly available for any questions. I will be recommending Housesetc and would certainly deal with them in the future. Thanks so much for everything you have done.

Professional and hard working Estate agents I have come across!
Throughout a very difficult and stressful house sale, I can honestly say Houses etc were absolutely fantastic in both a friendly way and a professional way. They worked so hard through the transition and we felt they were the only ones doing any work to get the sale complete.
