I've worked many years in selling property before working in social housing. I would definitely recommend Martin and Co Estate Agent. Staff are very professional keeping you up to date with the process at all times . Thank you to Martin & Co Grantham for selling Dads house, the whole process was made as stress free as possible by the dedicated branch staff. Stephen was our main point of contact and he was excellent from start to finish, always polite and courteous and very knowledgeable in the art of selling houses, the advice he gave us was spot on and delivered at the right times. I am so pleased I decided to use Martin & Co and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have recently taken over looking after property company meaning I deal with multiple agencies.
