Great communication both pre and post-sale. Efficient in their roles and offices open longer than other agencies. An estate agent fulfils a larger role than I realised so if you go cheap and opt for a pure sales service, you could be doing a significant amount of work or negotiation yourself. Would recommend RMJ Gravesend.

Extremely helpful when purchasing my property. I found that everyone in the office can help you regardless of who picks up the phone (I got though to 5 different people in the end of my purchase and everyone of them could help me move forward with my deal) There a big company for a reason, A* quality.
