On the ball
This isn't the first time we've used Thomas Marsh, and it probably wont be the last. They really know their stuff and were very focused on getting us the best deal and making sure the transaction completed smoothly. They are definitely worth their fee. Without a doubt we got a higher selling price because we used them.

Very happy with the service we received from bailee curran
Thomas mash were very helpful all the way through the sale of our property . Bailee curran kept us up to date all the way to the final exchange . I was very happy with the service provided to me by Thomas Marsh. Jasmyne kept me informed of the progress and was very friendly. Every time she called, she was very professional, and I never felt the need to chase her as she always called me first. Would recommend Thomas Marsh – Jasmyne keep doing what you are doing!

Loveliest people ever!
I cannot thank Thomas Marsh enough, they have been so patient, kind, informative, professional and accomadating. Things didn't always go to plan but you guys pushed everything through! Really happy and would highly recommend!

Letting
Very happy with the drive and commitment Thomas Marsh gave for the letting of my flat and in particular, letting negotiator Jasmyne.. Jasmyne is top class and drove the letting from initial offer to completion. Weekly and daily updates as the letting progressed. Thank you very much and highly recommended.

Good experience
We are very pleased with our experience with Thomas Marsh. They were very professional right from the beginning, when we put our property on the market until we sold our property. They worked hard to find us a buyer & to help us find a property for ourselves too. Bailee worked extremely hard & reassured us throughout the whole process. He is professional & very knowledgeable & I have already recommended him to other people looking to go on the market.

An exemplary service at all times, courteous, efficient and thorough
I was very happy at the service I was given throughout the process of renting my property. While there was not a tenant that was found as quick as I would have liked the commitment to marketing was impressive. The follow up documentation was very clear and flexibility of giving me any information was always undertaken with a pleasant manner.
