I left a review 4months ago during the early stages of a sale that has now completed. Since then, notwithstanding the problems with the housing/mortgage market in the wake of the “mini budget,” Intercounty have managed to keep the sale on track. Despite a small reduction in price at one stage, they were able to sell the house for a sum which was more than the asking price that had been set back in May and substantially exceeded one of the other local valuations that I received at that time. I think the outcome was an excellent achievement in the circumstances. The staff were all friendly and open to deal with and I felt very confident that Katie was looking after my interests as a client. She kept things moving, kept me informed, and tackled any issues assertively and with a clear head. She was really excellent to work with and there was good support from the rest of the team. I haven't sold a house for well over 30 years and I'm fairly “old school” and when I first walked into Intercounty's open plan office it all seemed a bit more casual than I was expecting. I'm glad I wasn't put off; they know their business and, on the basis of this sale, I would definitely recommend them.

Gabrielle has been magnificent in sorting out problems we have been having with the management company over outstanding repairs. She has persevered until action was taken and has been assiduous in keeping us updated.

Jake, Poppy, and Katie were the main members of staff dealing with the sale of my property, they sold the property within a month maybe less than it being on the market with them, I was so grateful for everything they have done, they have kept me upto date with everything that's going on, and the added little touches of an email and phone call to say congrats on selling just really makes a difference, thanks for all your help, and if I'm ever selling a property again I will definitely be using you again, and really recommend them to anyone, 100% great customer service.

Outstanding ! I instructed Karl and Jake to market our house and they were extremely efficient, arranging photographers ( who took top quality photographs) and agreeing our asking price and explaining the process of selling.The house went live and within less than 12 hours we had sold.The booking of visits ,always accompanied, was really efficient and confirmed by text. Ultimately the service provided by Karl and Jake was outstanding and on top of that they were extremely friendly and professional.I would highly recommend them to anyone.
