We have been working with Charley at Ashtons for over a year now, and I honestly can't praise her enough. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly professional, responsive, and supportive. Our sale went through quickly and smoothly, thanks to Charley’s hard work and dedication. But where she really went above and beyond was when our purchase (with another agent) fell through after a year — an incredibly stressful and disappointing time. Charley quickly got some more properties booked in for us to view, to ensure there was no issues with our Sale. Through it all, Charley was there, negotiating on our behalf, always quick to reply to messages, and constantly reassuring and calming me down when things got tough. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, but Charley absolutely does. She’s knowledgeable, approachable, and extremely effective at what she does. We felt like we had someone truly in our corner throughout the whole process. If you're buying or selling, I cannot recommend Charley and the team at Ashtons highly enough. I cannot speak highly enough of Charley at Ashtons, the rest of the reviews speak for themselves about how brilliant she is! We bought our house through Ashtons, so even though she wasn’t our estate agent she went above and beyond to make sure things were sorted and keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. It was a drawn out sale but every time we spoke she was so friendly, polite and nothing was ever too much trouble. She chased our solicitors, our sellers solicitors, rallied round and pretty much co-ordinated all parties involved in our sale. It wouldn’t have completed without her, she was an absolute delight to deal with!

Used Ashtons to sell a family house following a loss. Price estimate was spot on by Michael and the photos showed the house off to its very best. As we live away, Charley handled the surprisingly high number of interested people and we eventually sold it for more than the initial asking price. All in all, an excellent service and I would certainly recommend them.
