The team at Lovelle recently handled the sale of a tenanted property of ours. Buyer was found quickly at the desired price and tenant happily remained in place. There were challenges along the way (as there often are in property) but James was on the case, regularly chasing & providing updates throughout the process through to completion of the transaction.
