Generally very pleased. Helpful regarding departing tenants.
The photography and presentation of property details were good. The apartment was shown to several quality applicants. A new tenancy was arranged with only a couple of days' void period. On reflection - I would have liked a bit more rent but I think a good tenant is more important.. I would probably work with Burns & Webber again. .

Well managed from first discussion to tennant moving in.
Process of letting well explained , proposed rent well set and appropriate tennant found a little more quickly than expected.
