Excellent service

Mel was a pleasure to deal with
Having to sell my parents home of 53 years was a very stressful and emotional time for me . But from the moment I met Mel ; he showed understanding and integrity. Dealing with Mel was a pleasure ; he always answers calls and emails immediately; and even though we were away the first week the house was marketed, his communication was exemplary. Mel knows the local market extremely well ; and gives his honest, professional advice when it comes to valuation. When you deal with 'Hipps Estate Agent' you are dealing with one 'professional' ; not a huge company ; passing you around when the person dealing with your sale is 'out of the office' . Mel sees the whole transaction through from start to finish ; ensuring that everything runs smoothly., with his finger on the pulse at all times . Also a big personality!
