Very professional team. Moving into our new home was amazing thanks to them Fast forward 2 years and I had to change my review. As amazing as the moving in part was, moving out and being hit with a bill for the redecorating of the whole house was sneaky and unprofessional. Wish I had known from the start to keep every last bit of detail from moving in, to conversations had with the team and keeping receipts of any repairs done ourselves as they took too long to get back to us with maintenance issues etc. I won’t trust an estate agent ever again. I will note everything to the smallest detail for the next time I need to fight to keep my deposit from funding someone’s complete redecorating.

Very bad behavior and not well communicative.

These reviewers must be getting paid by Martin and co most horrendous company I’ve dealt with from the director also which is even more shocking. Myself and my partner buying our first home together worked and saved hard for this, viewed a property loved it bid eventually got accepted was told by sue that we were perfect as we’re not in a chain encouraged us to up our offer and believed the vendor would sell to us and take it off the market that day as this would be a quick sale could be done for the owner. We sent all our info required on the same day to be told there was only 1 other interested party who needed to sell there property. Asked us to get all of our information sent over immediately and that the property would then be marked as under offer. So we upped our offer got this accepted got all information require to secure this and she then become unavailable (out of the office all day ) She leaves us in the dark for two days when calling no one else could help because she was the one dealing with this. 48hours later called to tell us this other party have now sold there property there offer has now been accepted on This property from the Monday ??? Yet we only had ours accepted that Monday at 16.25pm no communication with ourselves and no opportunity to bid again as this was a done deal.But came back with I have another property not yet on the market if you would be interested . Absolutely NO was warned about this women and this estate agents . Don’t think they realise it’s peoples lives they are playing with but as long as her pockets lined . No apology Disgusted with this service and would never want to buy a property from a such dishonest and unprofessional company .

Not had the greatest experience with Martin and co in all honesty. Moved into a property that we were aware of “Some issues” and there’s a lot more than explained. The property was supposed to be cleaned, which didn’t happen and the carpets were supposed to be cleaned again didn’t happen, so we moved into a property that’s more than most to rent, that wasn’t even cleaned! Constantly having to chase for updates on things to be fixed. Still nothing has been actioned it’s all “ half hearted” with no apology. If want to be constantly ignored and have issues coming out of your ears without them being resolved, then this is the right estate agency for you!
