Last year I made the mistake of using an on line Estate Agent thinking it would be cheaper. A big mistake! After a stressfull year, I did sell my house but the sale, through no fault of my own, fell through, this happened twice!! This year I decided to try again using a 'proper' Estate Agent!! I decided to use Manning Stainton. Matthew, Laura & the team at the Guiseley branch have restored my faith in Estate Agents. From the start they were caring, considerate, with a lot of knowledge & advice. They updated me with feedback on the viewings straight away & were there to help & advise me at every stage of the process. I had really bad experience with Manning Stainton, Guiseley. Non professional, arrogant and rude attitude on the phone. I will not trust the sale of my property through this branch. The main reason: l have many doubts that they will deliver the best price for my property and a good professional service to me and to prospective buyers. Would give 0 star if I could. Happy to take your money but not happy to resolve issues. We had mold in the house to which they blamed us for 2 years and it turned out the roof was leaking due to lots of broken tiles. Do not rent from them. Horrible company and aftercare service is none existant! Horrible horrible horrible....! Avoid.
