Rental house advertised as 'long term, ' however when our application was submitted we were told that it would be "a 6 month contract to begin with then onrolling after that". Once our application had been approved we were then told that "it will only be a 6 month contract as the owners are then wanting to move back in". What a waste of time and energy and a waste of a credit search. As a result we had to turn down the house as a 6 month term was no good for us.

Honestly, not a fan. Good thing is they don't take a holding deposit. Bad thing is that they never give you a definitive answer on when something will be done. I've been waiting on a refund on my deposit and rent that they said would be processed on Friday and apparently it moved to today but now it can't be today because one of them isn't in. I generally don't get frustrated if I have a definitive answer from the start.

Avoid at all costs, first let us move into a property that stunk of cat piss. Thankfully the landlord sorted that straight away. Didn't even realise our lease was up. Had to chase them for our deposit back and didn't nothing to fix the mould problem that got progressively worse over time after reporting In October last year. Then proceed to say its your fault because you didn't tell them they extent. You would think a company that deals in property understands how mould works.

Very bad customer service. Failed to answer the phone and then was told the agent has not got time to give a customer a call at the meeting point. The lady was quite rude in all honesty.

This is one of those estate agents who discriminate and will not rent to people who don't have a guarantor. Pretty unrealistic as most people don't have one if they are a grown adult who choose to not leech off their parents...
