Excellant experience with James, Andrew and the rest of the company. Very attentive service with agents always being available and accesable. We felt we had a very honest service with good advice. Both calm and energetic - a winning combo

I write this as a buyer, not a seller, so I know that technically Susan wasn't acting on my behalf - which is what made all her effort even more welcome. For starters she gave us a very warm and jolly tour round the property that ended up being our flat. She was honest and laid back, very different to the negative stereotypes of estate agents, particularly those who (unlike Susan) work for big chains. We felt respected and valued throughout the tour and subsequent offer for the property, which was all tied up with a minimum of fuss. We had a relatively short chain of only two properties and three interested parties, but these things always get fraught regardless of apparent simplicity, and our chain was the same. Nothing major, but when you're buying a house these minor things can seem massive and all-important until they're resolved, and Susan managed them all very well. Calm, reasonable and, vitally, always contactable. These three qualities are both valuable and rare and Susan saved us a lot of grief. We moved in to our new flat last week and Susana has continued to be helpful even after the purchase went through - a further testament to her professionalism. She unequivocally gets my vote as an excellent agent.
