I have not encountered any significant problems with this Estate Agent since we rented a flat more than two years ago. We received reports periodically of the condition of the flat which are very welcome and there is excellent communication with the agency, particularly with Ms Nichola Bates, Senior Lettings Valuer, who promptly answer any emails with queries or request that we do send her frequently. She is a very dynamic and professional. When met her alongside other staff from other agencies and her personality, knowledge and professional manner made us to choose her and subsequently her estate agent.
