Tierney is a 5 star member of the team at Country Properties Estate Agents in Hatfield. As a tenant I now and again have to contact her if I have a problem requiring her to send a plumber or electrician to my flat. She always responds instantly, and is helpful, professional and caring. She is empathetic, warm, and endlessly patient. It's a real pleasure to have her support.

I found Charlotte very helpful and friendly. When I advised her that the referencing portal was not functioning very well, she was happy for me to come into the office and she helped me with it. I needed to contact her frequently with enquiries/issues and she always answered promptly and was kind and patient. I found her a delight to deal with.
