The professionalism of the staff at Williams-Goodwin (Holyhead) in particular Charlotte is absolutely superb. We were in a very sad situation of having to sell my father's bungalow to support his residential care. Although Jamie and Matthew were also involved, initially with the valuation and photos etc, Charlotte took over the 'case' and made everything run so smoothly. Her tenacity and drive certainly helped make the conveyancing smooth and relatively stress-free. She was continually liaising with both sets of solicitors as well as the Buyers and us. Of course, this was all done in a very professional manner, yet she was also incredibly warm, caring and compassionate especially in such sad situations. A little humour along the way too. Charlotte is an asset to the Team and has totally restored my faith in estate agents. THANK YOU xx

During the purchase of our property. We dealt with the Holyhead branch. From our first viewings (not just the property we bought), they were very professional and dealt with all our enquiries fast and efficiently. Unfortunately, part way through our purchase, the sellers of the property we were purchasing encountered some issues with their ongoing purchase, this was due to locating to a different country. The Holyhead team were very professional throught, keeping us updated and informing us of any developments as they occurred. The support the team showed us was second to none, all the way through to completion, to which we thank them hugely. I would greatly recommend using Williams & Goodwin (TPPUK), as with our purchase, their experience and expertise were clearly displayed.

I cannot recommend or thank Williams&Goodwin Holyhead Branch enough for their support and guidance as I bought my first home. From the friendly viewing accompanied by Jamie to the continued reassurance, communication and updates from Charlotte, the team were so approachable and professional throughout. Buying your first home can be a terrifying prospect, but Williams&Goodwin were always happy to help, and resulted in me obtaining my keys after a mere 9 weeks! Really impressed!
