Maintenance team on the lettings side are great, spoke to Marie and within a couple of hours Aaron was here to rectify my issue. Was dealt with swiftly and sorted within 4 hours. Amazing service, thank you both!!

I have used Whitegates Heanor to manage my rental property for over a year now and the service has been excellent. There has been maintenance issues recently which unfortunately resulted in a need to claim on my insurance. Lisa was fantastic, liaising with the insurance company on my behalf and also with the tenants to ensure that the required repairs were carried out as effectively and timely as possible. Definitely would recommend white gates @ Heanor branch as they’ve been more than helpful from the moment we walked into the branch, Abbie who shown us around the properties was very professional & helpful & gave us some great ideas & I would also like to mention “Lisa Miller-Turton” as she can not do enough for us, Lisa will be getting our rental on the market very soon & i don’t have any worries what so ever, I felt like any question or any help I needed lisa would go out her way to help me know matter what.
