Initially I felt there was a lack of communication, but I discussed my concerns with Chris Payne who listened and took them very much on board. Stephen Swindlehurst is also knowledgeable regarding the conveyancing process. Between them they managed both my sale and purchase in a professional and courteous manner.PositiveProfessionalism
