We have been very impressed with all of our interactions with the team at CJHole in Henleaze. We have recently sold my parents home, where they lived for over 40 years. From the initial contact with Tim who fully appreciated our situation, the viewings accompanied by Josh which were done in such a covid compliant manner to the efficient professional management of the sale process by Cleo, all have been fantastic. After 2 days of viewings, showing 12 proceed-able parties the property, we had 4 offers and within 3 months the sale was complete. We could not have asked for more. This team is highly recommended.

Lorraine then immediately became the perfect point of contact for all matters relating to the progression of our purchase and perfectly bridged the gap between us, the vendors, and the solicitors with clear and timely communication at all points. The office is led by born-and-bred Bristolian Chris Hill who is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about property having 30+ years industry experience and runs a total of eight branches in the area. Both Tim and George are both directors of Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym and head up a large team split between the two offices. Between them and the rest of the team, they have 75 years' experience within Estate Agency and are both recognisable figures, having both grown up in the local area. As such, our team offers unrivalled knowledge of the region, extensive expertise across the local property market along with many of the team being Members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).
