From start to finish, both Mels and EVERYONE else in the office has been amazing! I have had a particularly weird experience from ill communication from my legal team but nothing was a problem to this team. The staff who came to see the property initially were very efficient and friendly. The photographs including the ‘walk around’ ones were well done, although we requested a couple of changes. The changes were made quickly and entirely to our satisfaction. They contacted us regularly with updates until we accepted an offer at which point they answered questions from both sides (outwith the legal stuff which was being handled by our solicitor). And they phoned to say congratulations and thank you when we completed the sale. They could not have been more helpful! A solid 10/10. 👍
