Nikki Cockcroft and Becky Taylor, thank you just doesn’t seem enough. From day one Nikki and Becky have gone above and beyond. They have both put so much time and effort into finding me a mortgage. It’s safe to say there has been many obstacles in my way, in which at times I honestly thought I would have to sell my house. They were both there to reassure me they would do everything they could to help, and that’s just what they did. Professionalism and communication has been first class. Many phone calls and emails have been sent, talking me through and keeping me informed of every single step. They answered any question I had, even the silly ones. Excellent service received from start to finish. Our property was appraised, photographed and advertised for sale within the space of 3 hours. Within 12 hours we’d had 7 viewings and within a few days a sale. It has been a pleasure to deal with all staff along the way from sale to completion. I mainly dealt with Catherine who has been professional and very efficient throughout. Catherine chased progress and always contacted me with an update even when there was nothing to report. This was especially important as I was acting on behalf of the vendor. Catherine also gave impartial advice when things seemed to be dragging and chased the purchaser to ensure information was provided in a timely manner.
