The entire process for us moving into our new home took over 7 months in total. It was a text book nightmare case, from Japanese Knotweed, Posessorary titles, basment leakage and chimney stack reports, to top it off we found ourselves in the middle of a pandemic where businesses were furloughed and business as usual was a thing of the past. Catherine and Rachel were amazing throughout. Both picking up emails throughout the COVID 19 pandemic, chasing numerous queries and making us feel like there was someone helping us through the process every step of the way. We had regular phone calls and at times what felt like a laborious, frustrating process seem like there was light at the end of the tunnel with their positive and continued support. I've had to remortgage following divorce and had to revise my life insurance policies as a consequence. Becky made the process quick and easy with efficient communication throughout. She's really pleasant to deal with too - definitely a human and not a robot like you can get with some companies. Ryder and Dutton, Heywood Branch handled the sale of my dad’s house. They were fantastic, very professional, understanding of the situation and delivered a “Top Class” service. All of the staff I dealt with Catherine, Lynda and Rachel provided excellent communication throughout the process and I cannot rate them high enough for their professionalism and delivery of a great experience. We were selling my dad’s house in Heywood and we live in Bishop Auckland. Rachel and the team checked on the house weekly as part of the insurance requirement due to my dad being in a care home in Durham and the house being empty. This was something they did not have to do however, they provided this service to a schedule which was beyond expectation. In addition to this, Catherine and Lynda provided updates on a regular basis even when there was little happening in the sale process. I cannot praise the R&D Heywood team enough for their professionalism and service.
