We dealt with Rachel for the viewings, she was always on time and answered all our questions and suggested other properties which might suit us. Mortgage Advice Bureau: I'm the sort of person who will research for hours just to know I'm getting the best deal possible and I couldn't be more happy with my experience with the Mortgage Advice Bureau. They genuinely had much better rates than any mortgage I was offered through online comparison websites or my banks as well as having a cash back deal of £500 on top! My mortgage advisor, Nikki Cockcroft, was fantastic! She offered me in depth detail into which providers would be better suited to my situation as a First Time Buyer as well as explaining the process in an easy to understand way. Along with her colleague Becky who chased my solicitors the entire step of the way! I honestly feel I have left with the best offer and servicethat I could have achieved for a first time mortgage. My mother who is in her eighties and has hearing difficulties has recently sold her property via Ryder and Dutton in Heywood and they have made the process as easy and efficient as was possible. Catherine Salisbury has been particularly helpful and kind , making sure if there was any doubt my mother had not heard correctly she kept me informed and really going out of her way to push for the preferred completion date which she achieved . In the age of online property sales sometimes it is nice to have a more personal touch , especially if you are older or unsure with technology.
