I had an exceptional experience with Mat Plocharski, who went above and beyond during my property viewings. He showed me three properties, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was incredibly polite and professional throughout. What really stood out was his extra effort—offering for me to follow him in my car to each location, holding an umbrella for me in the thunderstorm between viewings, and patiently addressing every concern I had. He even provided thoughtful workarounds for issues I thought had no solution, listening carefully and offering valuable advice. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We definitely made the right choice choosing JNP to sell our house – they really helped us through the process and from valuation to viewings, the whole journey was made easy for us. Lisa in sales progression was pivotal in pushing things forwards, always chasing solicitors and keeping us updated – without whom we couldn't have moved as quickly as we did (3 months!). I would highly recommend JNP team in High Wycombe… thank you so much!
