After a great experience with JNP buying our first home a few years ago, we were very happy to use JNP once more when upsizing recently. JNP have provided me with excellent service over a period of seven years. I had to move quickly for work and JNP took me through the process of renting out my flat. As a novice landlord it was great to have their experience on my side whilst I had a series of tenants (with no gaps). Eventually I needed to sell my flat and JNP helped me to transition from renting out to selling. JNP handled all the viewings for my flat and gave me prompt and helpful feedback. For various reasons, it took over a year for my flat to sell. As part of that process, I had to extend the length of the lease. During this time, JNP maintained focus to help me achieve a sale. Excellent team! I've used them twice (buying and selling the same property), and their commitment has been absolutely top notch.
