JNP Recently sold my property in High Wycombe. I was very impressed at their professionalism. They were very fast to get the property photographed and marketed on-line. The contract was fair and did not included no sale clauses as the 1st estate agent I spoke to had. JNP did all the viewings notifying me prior to each. The property had 2 offers within the 1st week. The post sales team (Jan) then kept me updated throughout the process to completion. I would highly recommend them.

With the market in such difficult conditions, the estate agent you choose (buying or selling) needs to work harder than ever to push through what's needed. No sale is straight forward, but having Lisa from JNP on our side to make the whole process work was akin to having a guardian angel protecting and supporting us from start to finish. From viewings, to advise, to chasing solicitors and making everything move Lisa could not have done more. What's more impressive is the manner in which she works and how much she cares about the people she helps! JNP are dominant in the High Wycombe area, easy to rest on their laurels but nothing could be further from the truth. Recently sold and purchased another property through JNP and was more then happy with the service provided from valuation through to completion. We are very pleased with JNP sales team. Mat has prepared fantastic sales brochure and marketed the property in a very professional manner. He also kept us updated all the time and was always available for any questions we’ve had.

JNP were amazing, I highly recommend and would use again myself, in fact they may even bias a future purchase if it was with them ;) From Mark who did the initial evaluation, Martin in the sales office was my main contact but TBH they were all amazing, you could speak to any of the sales staff and they all knew about your property and were up to date on the progress, and Ross in the sales progression team was worth his weight in gold! During a very frustrating sale he was a godsend at chasing up, finding out what was going on all sides, and quick to respond to any potential issues. I have worked with 3 state agents in my purchase / sale experience and they are the best by far.

I contacted JNP (High Wycombe) and my enquiry/viewing was dealt with by Christina Grima. From the very start of the process Christina was attentive and supportive offering me other realistically linked properties for me to view along with access to other support services such as Solicitors etc. but no hard sell. She was also very punctual at the viewing and assisted with all the questions I put to her during the viewing within an hour.
