Jon, the manager, came around to my house the next day and was friendly, professional and a pleasure to meet. His assessment of the sale I could expect and this estimation of the short time it would take were both spot on. Samantha from the office looked after us during the sale process which took three months from start to completion. Both Samantha and Jon looked after us, answered our queries, passed information to our prospective purchasers and dealt with any unexpected issues smoothly and efficiently. The back up team in their Highams Park office also played their part in passing on messages or giving succinct answers when required.
