Bought our house with this estate agency. Have found lots of issues since we moved in. We should have been more persistent with getting further viewings, but didn't get a response to emails, which makes us suspicious. Sold sign has yet to be taken down 10 days later.

Avoid this estate agent. We tried to sell our house with them and their communication was poor and they way they spoke to my wife was awful… I would consider their attitude to women quite sexist which is a shame in the modern day. They also thought it was acceptable to show someone around our house without informing us before hand which is something I have never experienced before. No doubt they will respond to this reviews like others which just shows how unprofessional they are and respond like a petulant child and blame others for their poor behaviour. Unfortunately the attitudes come from the top down which means everyone in the business thinks it acceptable to treat customers poorly. Good luck if you choose to use this company but I would advise to use the many other better estate agents in the area.

Communication is awful. Judgemental staff that show you around and look down at you if your circumstances arent perfect. Avoid of your wanting staff that can communicate and not judge you

Tried to undervalue my home by approximately £35000 as part of a court order! Disgraceful.. Edit: every other agent in Hinckley laughed! It's called being in Cahoots 👍 Update: have had an independent unbiased company out that has now rewritten the valuation for the COURT and both parties agree the figure is more realistic! I stand my ground you under valued it based on my ex wife talking you round so she could buy me out cheaper 👍 flutter the eyelashes etc etc £25000 more than this company for a quick sale!
