There are a lot of estate agents around and to find a company who will give a somewhat personal touch is very rare. l mean that many may not go out of their way, but Martin and Co have done that! I was looking for something that would suit me, not just a house but a home, a home that would give me and my family what we can call home...l have looked at so many with other agencies but none suit or too far for travelling for school and work!. So I saw Martin and co only meeting them once the house that was viewed was okay but not for me! So when l was asked what l was looking for, they said leave it will us!!! So a week later l received a call, l was shown a house that l felt comfortable with and if my children where then it was, l asked if it was okay to arrive back later with my children, again nothing was too much trouble...a few hours later it was! And now l am in just before Christmas. They have a system that connects you to a maintenance team! Very rare. A system that all the information is in one place.
