Service provided when purchasing a house through Tylers
Neil and the team at Tylers were incredibly helpful at all points in the purchase procedure. Having not bought a house for a long time it could have been daunting, but Neil and the team made the whole process easy to navigate and hassle free. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They always returned calls promptly and were friendly and professional in their approach. I felt that as a team, they had a great depth of experience. I would highly recommend them.

First class customer service and professionalism
I was selling my Cambridgeshire house while living over 100 miles away and as such it was important to find a reliable and responsive estate agent who I could trust. Tylers have gone above and beyond my expectations; as a remote seller I valued their regular communication with me and felt that nothing was too much trouble for them. They truly acted on my behalf and I was pleased for them to represent my property. I would recommend Tylers wholeheartedly.

Friendly, professional service with excellent communication
Neal at the Histon branch handled our house sale in Bar Hill. We opted for Tylers as we were impressed by his approach when we met him. He came across as friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Follow up was good too. As we were based in Sheffield, we needed to rely on Tylers to communicate clearly and regularly and we could not have had a better service. The results of initial viewings and offers were relayed well and we were able to make an informed decision on which offer to accept. The sale went through in time for the purchaser not to be caught by changes to stamp duty- and Neal kept us in the loop very well in the days leading up to completion. We would thoroughly recommend Tylers.

I couldn't have been happier with Tyler's.
As a buyer, I couldn't have been happier with Tyler's.. They were always friendly, contactable, answered questions fully and honestly and passed on any queries they couldn't answer quickly to the seller. Most importantly for us, Stefan and Juan made themselves available not only for multiple viewings, but to open the property and patiently wait around for several appointments with contractors for quotes for post-sale work, since we were pressed for time during the conveyancing process and needed access. Great agents.

Selling Our Home
Neal was our contact from Tylers, in a nutshell he was always quick at getting back to us, polite and knowledgeable and gave us lots of extra advice beyond the standard sevice an estate agent would normally offer. We would recomend this branch of Tylers over other companies we have come cross.

Absolutely superb!! I can't speak highly enough of Neal and his team at Tylers.
Neal and his team at Tylers put a huge amount of effort into selling my flat. I have moved a number of times, and have never experienced this high level of committment to communication with the customer and solicitors.. Tylers recommended me to a solicitor who was also excellent, super efficient and good value for money. Whenever you want to speak to your agent, they make themselves available or call back very quickly. You are made to feel you are their only client and the most important. If I ever had to buy or sell a property again, I would have no anxieties as long as Tylers were able to handle the process.

Great experience as a seller. The whole team go above and beyond.

The team at Tyler's did a great job selling my flat. They showed great professionalism, tact and integrity throughout and kept the deal on track in some difficult circumstances for both myself and the buyer. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Worked hard on my behalf
I bought a flat through this agent, who I did not know at all previously. They were unfailingly helpful and guided me through the process, recommending a lawyer who was equally thorough. When the vendors were pushing for completion they kept me in touch and returned all my calls promptly. I have subsequently let the flat through them until going to live in it myself. They advised on the price and hired in the necessary white goods on my behalf. I am happy to recommend the firm unreservedly from this recent experience
