Fantastic experience with Sam throughout the whole process of my viewings and move. During my viewings Sam was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. What I appreciated the most was that she had a personable and genuine approach which was very refreshing having dealt with other companies in the past that were quite the opposite. Her communication throughout the process was great and was always available whenever I needed to reach her. Thank you Sam!

Long term rental customers with this team under both country properties and now the letting quarter. The team are amazing, genuinely treat you as people and not just a customer. The assistance we’ve been given in finding somewhere new as our current let went on for sale was incredible and a big shout to Jo who really went the extra mile to help. Would recommend to anyone in the Hitchin area without hesitation and would use them again in a heartbeat.

The team has been very helpful with answering any queries ever since I started renting with them. They are kind, friendly and treat you well. Recently I renewed my contract and the process was very smooth. Becky has been very helpful and provides prompt responses to emails.
