An amazing personal service

We gave this agent a difficult task, Very restricted viewing ( 4 hours each week) and restrictions on completion on a holiday let property, without a for sale board and they took up the challenge and sold it for us to the 4th people to view. Completion has taken place today and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They sold us our main home 7 years ago and when we walked in to discuss this sale we were so impressed to meet so many original staff - a business that they obviously love to stay working for. All of the people who viewed said that they were the only agents to take note of what was required and this was certainly the case when we bought through them. I recently went through an extremely difficult house move with my young family which took a staggering nine months to complete. I would like to say thank you to your whole team, but most of all Leeann Groom. In our darkest moments of pure desperation and unrelenting silence from our solicitors - who went on holiday four times during the course of the sale - Leeann provided a glimmer of light and hope at the end of what seemed to us at the time to be an endless tunnel of despair and desperation. Leeann reassured us and, unlike our solicitors, phoned us back when she said she would and provided constant updates..Leeann actively made our house move happen and we now live happily in our dream home thanks to her. She made our dream a reality. Please reassure me that Leeann will read this and that she will be rewarded and recognised accordingly whether this be financially or through promotion.
