Excellent Service

Williams and Goodwin Holyhead to sell two properties. Found the service to be professional and friendly. The latest sale was handled by Charlotte who was extremely professional and committed in ensuring the sale completed. I will certainly use them again and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Sale of parents’ home

Very pleased with the service provided by Williams & Goodwin in selling my parents’ house. Everyone was helpful and professional, all along, starting with Matthew at the initial meetings and Jamie throughout viewings, reviews etc. in the later stages Charlotte has been especially dedicated and helpful in seeing things through to completion. I would definitely recommend Williams & GoodwIn Holyhead.

House Sale

Williams and Goodwin Holyhead have been patient throughout, initially listed the property several years back when unfortunately we had to withdraw from the market due to my father's ill health. Second time round they we happy to list again and did an excellent job lining up prospective buyers very quickly. Getting offers within the first week. Probate and a couple of other issues complicated the sale which took close to 6 months to complete. However G&W were always there and would follow up on any queries I had.
