Williams & Goodwin offer a very professional service along with friendly approach that gives you the confidence that the sale of your house is in the right hands. Matthew was very helpful throughout the sale, from the initial meeting through to completion. He communicated very well and always ensured we were kept up to date with all aspects of the sale. We were particularly impressed in how quickly our house was valued, photos taken and then the house being put on the market, and even more impressed that a sale was done within 24 hours of being put on the market. Both myself and my wife would highly recommend Matthew and the rest of the team at Williams & Goodwin, they are committed, knowledgeable and motivated in all aspects of their work.

After deciding to put our house on the market, and knowing very little of the process, we contacted Williams & Goodwin, who were very professional and made us aware of all the information we needed, Matthew came round and gave us a valuation, the house was quickly photographed and put on the market, and to our huge surprise it was sold in a week!!
