First impressions are excellent!

Sue was very helpful during a lengthy sale process. She regularly chased the buyer and their solicitor to try to speed everything up, and gave regular updates to keep me in the loop at all times. Chloe and Georgia were also very helpful during the beginning stages. Would definitely recommend!

I sold my flat through Move Revolution in Hove in January 2023. I would like to highly commend Georgia Radford for her incredible dedication and hard work to coordinate the sale. It was a very difficult time to sell due to significant economic pressures at the time and a particularly challenging time for leasehold flats. It was not a straightforward process with several hurdles, and complicating factors that could have easily resulted in the sale falling through, had it not been for the incredible hard work, and consummate professionalism by Georgia and her team. Some of these complications included a £15,000 down-valuation which was quickly and smoothly resolved by being able to negotiate a middle ground figure with the buyer. This would not have happened without Georgia, who also went the extra mile to help me understand the situation and provide moral support and a calming presence! As opposed to the conveyancing team who were slow and poor in communication, and sadly fell short of the professional standards I was expecting, I cannot rate Georgia highly enough for her professionalism, efficiency as well as friendly and professional manner which helped a stressful process become a more enjoyable and tolerable one. Move Revolution Hove were fantastic from start to what was a tricky finish. This is a genuine five star review. Georgia and her team were brilliant, my purchase was particularly tricky and MR worked above and beyond to make my sale happen. I couldn’t have asked for more.

We met Georgia at a property viewing and after leaving I remember saying to my wife that I was impressed with how much she had researched about the property, it’s owners, their situation and even the neighbours. Although we decided against that particular property we met Georgia again a few weeks later at another property. Again, Georgia knew the details inside out and the neighbours by name! This property WAS the one and Georgia, and the MoveRevolution team, helped us to secure it quickly. She recommended a Lawyer and although we shopped around we found that they were the best to go with. The conveyancing process went very smoothly (and quickly) with Georgia being actively involved throughout to help get it over the line. I highly recommend Georgia and the MoveRevolution team. She even bought us personalised gifts for the day of completion. All in all a very high level of customer service.

What a team! Mathew, Lizzie and the team have been absolutely amazing through a very difficult sale. They are very knowledgable about the market, area and process of selling houses, and keep you informed and at ease through what can be the most stressful thing to do. Their can do attitude makes nothing an issue, it is most refreshing and we can not recommend them enough. We bought our home through move revolution 5 years ago, and then sold the house through them. Unfortunately we have moved away from the area, otherwise I would only ever use them to sell again. If there was an option to give more than 5 stars we would, thank you Mathew, Lizzy and all the team, you are all amazing!
