Over the last year I have experienced a wide range of estate agent encounters. i wont name the rude ones, the ones who don't know how to answer the phone or the ones who tell me my choices will never be fulfilled but I will mention Simon and Bob at Sawyers. Both went out of their way on my behalf on several occasions and managed to put up with a highly stressed individual who had not moved in 25 years and was terrified. Excellent and supportive in every way.
