I've had a few problems with a property that I let out. The tenant wasn't very helpful. Kerry-Anne and Mia at Sawyers have been wonderfully supportive and helped me get through a fairly complicated set of circumstances. I would recommend them both to anyone.

Just purchased a flat through Sawyer and Co with Bob as our main point of contact. We had a few hurdles on the way with us losing our original buyers on our sale, but Bob was always quick to respond and kept things moving forward to allow us to successfully complete.

We moved the sale of our flat to Sawyers after poor service from another estate agent in Hove. We dealt initially with Hass who proved as good as his word and achieved an offer for us within days of showing the flat. We loved Hass’ very positive but also realistic and honest advice on what our flat could achieve. He kept in touch, always returned a call and updated us regularly. We also dealt with Bob Beaken once offer accepted. Bob is a character and his customer service was also fabulous. The sale was very protracted but Bob plugged away, liaised brilliantly with both sides and the solicitors and helped us get the sale completed. Thanks to you both for being so professional and upbeat during quite a stressful time. You kept us sane and for a couple of estate agents you are not half bad!
