We were impressed with the quality service Spyros Miaris gave us in relation to a number of issues which came up with our rental property. Dishwasher repairs and its eventual replacement; completely redoing the sealant in one of the bathrooms as well as resolving a leaking boiler : all handled speed and care with the jobs all being undertaken to a very high standard. We have been renting through Sawyer and Co for the past 2 years now. There has been some ups and downs with them in the past but recently my husband and I have been under the care of Spyros Miaris - absolutely spot on guy, really takes time into getting things done promptly and a lovely person to be handling us!
