Everything about the service was fantastic, from initial consultation and valuation, photography, marketing and viewings, through to offers and chain management. Bob particularly worked tirelessly to get us through to exchange. Unfortunately our move ultimately fell through for reasons outside anyone's control, but as and when we go back to market we wouldn't hesitate to use Sawyer & Co again.

I went with Sawyer & Co after several months with another company who had only managed to get very few viewings of my flat. Sawyer & Co had several viewings within a couple of weeks and an offer. After several months of process the buyer pulled out through no fault of Sawyer & Co. S&C put it straight back on the market and again several viewings in a short space of time and another offer.
