From my initial enquiry to being handed the keys, the team at Sawyer and Co couldn’t do enough. In what has become a convoluted and multilayered process with renting, Jess and Mia guided and reassured us through every step, making themselves available around the clock to make sure we made it into our new property in a timely and calm way. Thank you team for looking after us and your continued support in our new home.

Chris Sawyer and his company have a solid reputation locally and for good reason. Previously I'd used other letting agents and had not been a happy landlord, so I decided to give Sawyer & Co a try. Chris is obviously knowledgeable but equally as important he is approachable. I have to report the team I worked with Esme, Kerry-Anne, Irene, Ceri and the wonderful Mia all take a leaf out of his book. In addition to this they were very efficient. I've been suitable impressed with my dealings with Sawyer & Co. Well done! A big thank you to all of you, I'll definitely be staying with you. PART 2 I recently used Sawyer & Co again for a new tenancy and again found them attentive, helpful and efficient. Mia was great throughout the process and kept me well informed. I rented a property via sawyer and co and Rosie was my point of contact for any issues I get at the property. She always responded to all my queries and helped my family when needed. She even went beyond at times which made Our stay cool.

I was really impressed how Lizzy helped me to resolve my flat issues. To be honest I didn’t expect how prompt it was dealt with in just a span of 3-4 days, I got all the responses and arranged for my external windows to be cleaned and change the shower tap in my bathroom.
