Although I ended up not getting one through whitegates I was helped by Georgia who sat down with me and helped me look through the available properties and list down any I was interested in. Although we are lettings, Georgia from Sales was very helpful when we came in and the lettings staff were all on calls she directed us to the right place and helped us while they were busy. Very professional team, previous letting agency was very bad in terms of communication and maintaining their side of tenancy agreement.
