I live in Thailand, and recently put my house (in Huddersfield) up for sale with Whitegates, Huddersfield who are proving they have the capability of providing fantastic customer service / support. Whatever the request (change the locks after the tenant left, etc.) they are willing and able to accommodate the simplest / complex of tasks - really on the ball. The Whitegates Team provide prompt responses to queries and are quick to provide updates. IMO this is what is required when selling a house remotely and currently the Whitegates Team are meeting all my expectations. Excellent supportive team. They are going above and beyond to get my property sold.
