As we were a long standing client the cost of selling our property was done so on a reduced fixed fee basis. We encountered numerous problems/delays during the sales process and these issues were handled very professionally by Whitegates Huddersfield, in fact we were ready for pulling out of the sale and going back to letting our property but it was only due to the "above and beyond" efforts/expertise of Angela Gledhill which actually "saved the day" and our house was sold. The Huddersfield Whitegates team have been absolutely fantastic. They have been so helpful, nothing is a bother to them. I have really been made to feel like a highly valued customer. I've got to admit I was very sceptical about whitegates after reading some of the poorer reviews on here but I delved deeper by clicking on some of the profiles. Many of the people leaving bad reviews seem to do the same everywhere they go so I simply thought I'd test the water myself (besides i didn't have a choice since the property was for sale with Whitegates lol). I purchased a property through this branch following good work from the Wakefield branch on a rental. The staff at Huddersfield appear extremely busy due to the nature of the office but they couldn't do enough to help. They were polite, efficient and even followed up after completion. Will definitely be using you guys again 👍

The team were first class when I enquired in branch to look for a rental property when I needed one urgently. Chan and Emily showed me a number of properties that met my needs. Oliver showed me around at the viewings and was friendly and professional, with no hard sell like some agents who just want to sign you up. I did take on a tenancy in Lindley with whitegates. Thanks again to Sharon for sorting out the checks and arranging the gas and electric readings so there was no problem with the provider.
