Whitegates have been extremely helpful with me, particularly a young gentleman called Adam. I have been given clear instructions at each stage, and was fully supported along the way.

I spoke with Kirstie yesterday because my smoke alarm had been going off every 30 seconds since Sunday evening! At first there were some issues with regards to who was responsible for the call out charge of this problem but it was quickly resolved and was fixed within hours of my phonecall.
